Servo drive
Servo drives are an important part of modern motion control and are widely used in automation equipment such as industrial robots and CNC machining centers. Especially in the control of AC permanent magnet synchronous motors, it is a communication medium for industrial controllers and servo motors. The AC servo drive adopts three closed-loop control algorithms of current, speed and position based on vector control. According to the control command issued by the industrial controller, the servo motor is driven quickly and the real-time status of the servo motor is fed back to the industrial controller to realize the closed-loop control of the servo motor. It plays a pivotal role in the entire servo control system.
