The three-piece screw set is the key component of the barrel screw. When the screw rotates to push the molten plastic and compressed air to move forward, the special structure of the screw three-piece set can discharge the compressed air out of the barrel through the small hole of the screw head, and continue to squeeze the raw materials into the mold while using the stopper. The reverse ring seals the gap between the barrel and the screw to prevent the raw material from flowing back into the barrel, reduce the torque of the screw, and protect the screw from being broken. Because of its special function, it is easily worn out, and it is a vulnerable part in the barrel and screw.
